标题: 亲们，大家都用神马牌子滴洗发水呀？？
用潘婷用了N多年了，实在是腻了。

不需要有什么特殊的功能，就简简单单洗干净的就好，不用什么去油，去屑等功能。然后洗完能梳起来顺滑就好(paopaobing(60))

亲们，有米有好用的洗发水推荐？？

我头发又软，又少，又干

现在已经不敢用传统洗发水了，之前试过苏打水，其实效果很好的，但是有点麻烦，现在用lush的洗头皂。一开始还用一点护发素，后来发现用了反而容易出油。现在只用洗头皂，然后半干的时候上点moroccan oil. 这是我目前最平衡的方法了。。。。头发还是很柔顺的

Swisse的洗头的还不错！一定要配合护发素，要不然感觉很干！我头发也很掉，但是不油！

我有一次掉发掉到失心风走去Toni & guy问了防掉发的洗发水，没问价钱就跑去付款结果才知道$129！硬着头皮买回家，当宝这样不舍得用但一用就知道真好用！头发非常滑溜，掉发还是有但有长回短短的头发

用完之后就没舍得再买，现在用在priceline买的loreal，头发又掉的疯狂而且也不滑了，一分钱，一分货吧？

掉发无止尽啊，以前有人推荐过PRICELINE的一款，AVLON?那个，有机的，不知道怎么拼了，我用了也没有感觉多好，而且很涩很涩的感觉！难道有机的都这样吗？下次换LUSH试试看！不知道掉发与缺锌是不是也有关！

lush这个也涩的, 我配相应的护发素一起用. 但有时候觉得护发素用了头发更加容有油, 所以就交叉着用和不用.

现在每天吃芝麻核桃粉,不知道改善会不会跟这个也有关系.

掉发也是肾亏的一种表现,所以平时也要注意食补.

不过不管什么措施, 都是慢慢显效果的, 你坚持一段时间看看.

还有早上洗头，洗头的时候水温调低点，我现在早上洗澡冷水开比较热，但冲头发时就调冷一些。慢慢调整，我以前隔天洗头现在慢慢调整3天洗一次。

欧舒丹的还不错，我的小狮子头用了他的不会很毛躁。 Aveda我也有用，第一套还不错，再买就觉得有点鸡肋了，欧舒丹的两套后效果还是很好。

129刀。。。。我估计会肉痛。。用过最贵的也就是aveda，70刀一瓶，不过是一升装的，好经用。。。。
